Digital UK provides a free online coverage checker at freeview.co.uk/check that tells you exactly which channels are available at your postcode. You enter your postcode, and the tool shows you which transmitter serves your area, which channels you should receive, and whether HD channels are available at your location.
This is particularly useful when moving to a new area, troubleshooting missing channels, or deciding whether to invest in a Freeview box. Channel Changes & Spectrum Reallocation
Digital UK periodically makes changes to channel frequencies as part of the UK government's spectrum management programme. Some frequencies previously used for television are being reallocated for 5G mobile broadband. When this happens, affected channels move to new frequencies, and viewers need to retune their TVs to find them on the new frequencies.
